With a passion for fostering genuine connection and understanding, I offer individuals and couples a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and rediscover their relationships. A confidential, supportive space to be seen and heard

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, stuck in repetitive patterns, facing important life decisions, or simply looking for clarity and growth, individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to be seen and heard — just as you are.

Together, we can explore and work through:
  • Anxiety, stress & emotional overwhelm
Depression, low motivation, or inner emptiness
Trauma healing (including complex, developmental, and relational trauma)
    Anger management and emotional regulation
    Assertiveness and boundary-setting
Self-esteem, identity, and body image concerns
Educational or vocational challenges (career changes, school stress, burnout)
    Decision-making difficulties and life transitions
    Childhood wounds & attachment patterns
Relationship issues, even outside of couple’s therapy
  • Through supportive, one-on-one sessions, you’ll gain insight into your relationship dynamics, build confidence, and develop tools to express your needs effectively. This journey can help you better understand your past experiences, foster self-compassion, and learn practical skills for creating fulfilling, balanced relationships.

4/7 Couples Therapy

Reconnecting, Strengthening, and Thriving Together

Every couple experiences challenges. Some are loud and visible — like frequent fights or emotional withdrawal — while others are quiet and buried beneath daily routines. Whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling distant, or trying to reconnect, and couple therapy offers a safe space to face these challenges together.

Through tailored sessions, I guide you and your partner in developing healthier communication skills, rebuilding trust, and reigniting intimacy. My approach helps you uncover the root causes of recurring issues, equipping you with practical strategies to move forward as a team.

Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to rediscover your bond and transform your relationship into a source of strength and joy.

5/7 Sex Therapy

Enhancing Intimacy, Desire, and Connection

In sex therapy, I provide a safe, confidential space where you and your partner can openly discuss and address issues surrounding intimacy, desire, and sexual connection. Many couples face challenges in this area, whether due to changing life circumstances, stress, communication barriers, or past experiences. My goal is to help you understand and overcome these challenges, fostering a fulfilling and connected relationship.

With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, I guide you through exploring your needs, identifying barriers to intimacy, and learning ways to communicate openly about desires and concerns. Together, we work on rebuilding trust, reigniting passion, and creating a healthy, satisfying intimate relationship that brings you closer.

Sex therapy is about nurturing both emotional and physical closeness, empowering you to create a relationship that’s deeply connected and fulfilling on all levels.

  • Challenges related to sexual orientation, gender identity, or coming out
  • Cultural, religious, or intergenerational messages that create shame
  • Healing after betrayal or rebuilding sexual trust
  • Feeling disconnected from one’s body or pleasure
  • Exploring kink, fantasies, or non-monogamy in a safe, ethical way

Group Therapy: Heal Through Connection

Group therapy offers a safe, supportive space to grow alongside others facing similar challenges. Led by a skilled therapist, each session fosters shared insight, emotional support, and practical tools for change. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, relationships, or personal growth, group work helps you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Real growth happens when we heal together.
